📌 Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist lawyers in preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, managing case files, and communicating with clients. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth legal operations and accurate documentation.


⚖️ Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, agreements, and briefs
  • Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and case precedents
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital case files
  • Draft correspondence and legal summaries
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court officials when required
  • Track deadlines, court dates, and filing schedules
  • Support case preparation for hearings and trials
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness

🎓 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Law, Legal Studies, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a legal or administrative role (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

⭐ Preferred Skills

  • Experience with legal case management systems
  • Knowledge of Ethiopian legal system (or relevant jurisdiction)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
